Registration Details

The registration fee is 370 € (270 € for students). This fee includes welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and the conference dinner. Hotel rooms need to be booked separately.

If you register until 3^rd March 2019 you benefit from an early-bird registration discount! The early-bird registration fee is 320 € (220 € for students).

Registration Rules

Registration is possible until March 29^th, 2019.
No on-site registration is available.
Only the payment by credit card.
An invoice will be available after the registration procedure.
Please note: No reimbursement will be possible.

Registration Site

You have to create an account and complete a form before going to the payment site. It is recommended to complete all the fields of the form, even if not mandatory.

Accommodation

If you want to stay over night, some hotels offers special rates for COSADE attendees (indicate "COSADE" during booking to get the special rate).
