Registration Details

Two types of registrations are available for COSADE 2024:

1. On-site: the registration fee covers on-site conference participation, reception, lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference dinner. Please note that hotel rooms must be booked separately.
2. Virtual: the registration fee includes online participation via Microsoft Teams or similar.

If you register before March 12, 2024, you benefit from an early-bird registration discount.

All presentations have to be given on-site. Thus, one author of each accepted paper is required to register for on-site participation.

Registration is possible until April 02, 2024.

On-site registration with cash payment is not available.

Registration fees can be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

Registration Fee

Students registration (on-site)

Early bird (before March 12, 2024): 150 EUR or after March 12, 2024: 200 EUR

Regular registration (on-site)

Early bird (before March 12, 2024): 200 EUR or after March 12, 2024: 250 EUR

Virtual

Early bird (before March 12, 2024): 20 EUR or after March 12, 2024: 50 EUR

Dietary Restrictions

You will be able to indicate dietary preferences and restrictions such as allergies during the registration process.
